Below is the video showing the coating process.  The coating film with wood grain design is first placed on the surfaces of the filled water tank.  The coating film is adjusted properly and flat before the activation dose is sprayed evenly onto the surface of the coating film.

The wood plastic composite board is dip onto the surface of the coating film and submerged deep into the filled water tank where the wood grain design is printed onto the surface of the board.

Once coated, the board is immediately removed from the filled water tank and the printing process is completed and the board is left to dry before final finishing is done on the surface of the board.
