Wood Plastic Composite Materials

Our wood plastic composite materials are environmentally friendly wood replacement materials made (based on a unique formula developed by our company) by pulverizing various kinds of cellulose-based fillers such as pulp fibers, peanut hulls, bamboo, straw, plant husks, wood waste and recycled plastic including high-density polyethylene, PVC into powder and thereafter, compressing the powder (together with plant resin as a binding agent) into wood plastic composite materials of desired shape.

It is most widespread use in outdoor deck floors, but it is also used for railings, fences, landscaping timbers and siding, park benches, windows and door frames.

Wood plastic composite is more environmentally friendly and requires less maintenance than the alternatives of solid wood treated with preservatives or solid wood of rot-resistant species.

A major advantage over wood is the ability of the material to be molded to meet almost any desired spatial conditions. It can also be bent and fixed to form strong arching curves. With up to 70 percent cellulose content (although 50/50 is more common) wood-plastic composites behave like wood and can be shaped using conventional woodworking tools. At the same time, they are resistant to cracking and splitting as well as moisture-resistant and resistant to rot

Wood plastics composite materials are non-toxic, formaldehyde and emission free.
